What is your Carcass specification?

How are the units edged?
All edges of units are edged in 0.8mm ABS Edging as standard with 2mm ABS Edging on all front edges.
Are your shelves edged all round?

Yes, we edge our shelves all round, this seals and prolongs the life of the product.

 

Do you work from plans?
Yes, Email all details to sales_kmc@outlook.com where we can work from plans or do comparison quotations.
Are your door ranges and units made to measure?

Made to measure cabinets are available on request. All doors are available in a range of sizes, however a selection of door styles are made to measure. For details on which doors are made to measure please contact our sales team.

 

What brand of accessories do you use for your hinges, Drawers and wirework?

As standard we use Star drawer boxes, Blum hinges. Wireworks we would use are Vauth Sagel and Kessebohmer. We do offer the option where clients can supply their own wirework and KMC will install the mechanism.

 

How long will it take for me to receive my KMC Kitchen?

Carcass Only – 2 Weeks Lead Time

Complete Kitchen – 4 Weeks Lead Time

Some hand painted and made to measure doors have a longer lead time, please contact the office for more information.

 

Where can I see displays of KMC Kitchens?
To view our displays please visit our showroom at 119 Corbets Tey Road, Upminster, Essex, RM14 2AA.
What way are your kitchens packaged for delivery?

Once all units are passed through quality control and cleaned, they will be wrapped with furniture packaging and protective corners where necessary.

 

How does your delivery work?
All deliveries are curb side. Two man delivery or in house delivery is available on request.
What is the procedure if when opened there is a fault?

You have 24 Hours to check through the delivery, once you have identified any problems, email the sales team on sales_kmc@outlook.com with photographic evidence. We understand the urgency required and as a result any issues will take priority.
